This is a perfect session for folks who need to update their knowledge around LGBTQ+ language and strategies for supporting LGBTQ+ communities. Language is always changing and evolving! Participants will be guided through a presentation on current LGBTQ+ terminology followed by a lesson on strategies for aspiring allyship. The session will end with a short review of local, regional, and virtual resources that center the needs of LGBTQ+ communities.
